Insect Camp 2016

Who: Children ages 11-13 and are approximately born Sep. 1, 2003 – Aug. 31, 2008

Where: The Museum’s Fonghuanggu Bird & Ecology Education Park @ Lugu, NTU Experimental Forest, Tainan Municipal Guantian District Longtian Elementary School

What: Real science is real fun! The Museum’s Fonghuanggu Bird & Ecology Education Park invites campers, ages 11-13, to learn about natural science in a safe, fun, and engaging way. Like Jean Henri Fabre, a French entomologist famous for his study of the anatomy and behavior of insects, campers can observe and make notes about amazing tiny creatures inhabiting the nature. The Museum is pleased to team up with NTU Experimental Forest to benefit our children from an exciting, three-day learning experience.

Dates for the Program: July 18-20, 2016

Fee: NT$4500

Registration begins at 10:00am, June 8 and ends June 23, 2016. Register early; Space is limited to 50 persons and will be on a first-come-first-served basis.
