  Please Note:

• A Family membership is for at least one adult ( a parent or a legal guardian) and their own children or grandchildren.
• Valid ID required.
• Memberships are nontransferable and can be used by only the individual listed on the membership card. Photo ID is required.
• If your membership card is lost, you may apply for a replacement card (replacement fee of NT$100 will be charged). It may be replaced only once during the validity period.
