Grab a quick snack or lunch in-between gallery visits, or relax with friends or family over an elegant brunch. The Museum's caf?s are generally open in conjunction with museum hours and cater for both individuals and groups. We hope you'll make it a day at the Museum and join us for a meal.

Also, you can bring your own provisions or purchase a variety of fast foods from street vendors or refreshment stands. In pleasant weather, a picnic on our grassy campus can add to your day's enjoyment. In addition, many popular restaurants reflecting Chinese ethnic and international communities are located in the neighborhood.

Featuring burgers, salads and other McDonald's favorites, along with muffins, cakes, specialty coffees and other tempting McCafe treats. Groups can pre-order for McDonald meals.

Science Center Cafe

This light cafe provides light meals, snacks and drinks. It is also a great place for those who want to grab a quick and easy bite before getting on with their exploring, or who want to sip a drink after ending their Museum journey.

Paleo Wonders

Situated just inside the Paleo Wonders Shop, and handy for exploring the fascinating Chinese Science Hall and Global Environment Hall, this is an ideal place to stop off for a drink or snack at the start or end of your Museum journey.

Outdoor cafe opens in the evening with music playing when weather permits, which offers you a peaceful retreat from the traffic and bustle after a tiresome day.

Shih-shan Sunshine Bar

"Brown Bag" Lunch Area

Ya-yuan RestaurantFood of any type is not permitted in the Museum galleries. However, visitors are welcome to bring their own lunches to the Museum's designated "brown bag" area, which is accompanied by expansive views of the Museum's campus.
