For first aid, please go to the nearest information desk or find the nearest member of staff: look for uniform and name badge. Also, we have a first aid room located near the administration building entrance.

Cloakrooms

Visitors may not carry large packages or luggage with them while in the Museum. Suitcases, large backpacks, etc., may be checked and stored in the coat checks only if there is sufficient storage space. All bags are subject to search and inspection.

Coat and luggage checks are located by the ticket offices of Life Science Hall and the Human Cultures Hall entrances, and are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on our business days (Tuesday through Sunday).

Visitors with tickets or passes may use the checks free of charge. Checked objects (Pets or dangerous objects are not included.) must be picked up before 5 p.m., the same day, or visitors has to go to the information desk at the administration building to pick up checked objects.

Babycare room

Two unisex babycare rooms are located near the clock tower at the Human Cultures Hall , and the information center at the Botanical Garden. We don’t sell tissues, but they are available from our restaurants, cafés and toilets.

Toilets

Toilets can be found throughout the Museum and are clearly marked.

Pay phones

Telephones can be found by the entrances of IMAX theater and Global Environment Hall.

Cash machines

Cash machines are located by the entrances to the IMAX theater and Global Environment Hall.

Coach driver's lounge

The coach driver's lounge is located by the underground parking garage at the Botanical Garden. It is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day except Monday.
