    * Overview

    The Museum has two types of exhibitions: the permanent exhibits provides a historical foundation in the natural sciences in the fields of zoology, botany, geology, and anthropology, while the temporary exhibits involve current scientific knowledge and concerns.

    Our exhibits, including those designed in-house, those from external sources, and co-productions, are designed for people of all ages and levels of knowledge. In addition to participating in projects managed by other institutions to maintain contact with them, the Museum also outreaches the temporary exhibits to remote places inside or outside the island, or even to other countries.

    As a cultural and scientific center, the Museum tries to stimulate a desire to learn more and provide the resources to respond to that desire through its exhibitions. The exhibitions do bring members and visitors back to the Museum over and over again.
