    * Zoo

    The Mini Zoo, as implied by its name, is not large. However, it is a place elaborately designed by the Museum’s scientists, where they display their research results or their ongoing research. The Mini Zoo is far more than a place where people can see reptiles, fireflies, or beetles. It is also a place where people can learn about their life cycle, inhabitance, and behavior. To offer a rich and diverse array of things to see, hear, and touch, we replace the animals in the zoo quite often (but irregularly).  

    1. The Mini Zoo is located on the 2nd floor of the Human Cultures Hall.
    2. Guided tour: 9:00 a.m. & 3:00 p.m.

     Mating Lychnuris analis, a species of firefly. Marine invertebrate exhibit area. Silkworm exhibit area.
