Humpback whale mother and calf were photographed in the South Pacific Kingdom of Tonga. From July to October, pods of humpback whales migrate from Antarctica to warm waters to mate and to bear and care for their young. It is hoped that by recording underwater images a better understanding of marine mammal behavior can be provided.
