National Museum of Natural Science

This is a collaborative exhibition with Dr. Lin Zuoyi, a renowned collector of classic coffee equipment in Asia. It is the first complete showcase of his collection, which spans nearly 200 pieces from 5 centuries of European coffee apparatus. The special exhibition is also joined by the Agricultural Research Institute, Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan, and the social enterprise "ComeTrue Coffee," providing insights into coffee culture from historical, agricultural, and artisanal perspectives. It is a must-see for coffee enthusiasts.
