Wild Pig
This is the third pig in this exhibition. It was made for a 2011 production by the National Museum of Natural Science entitled Seediq Bale. It plays an important role in the hunting scenes of the Seediq people. The body is of carved wood with the limbs staggered forward and backward and can be operated by one person using a hand-held pole.
