Pig Demon
The pig demon appears frequently in traditional puppet theater performances of Journey to the West. Its role is of the monster type. However, in the end, it is accepted by Tang Sanzang and helps him on his journey to the West to obtain Buddhist scriptures. Named Wu Neng, it wears a headband, crossing over into the immortals category.
