Papilio zalmoxis
The giant blue swallowtail is a member of the subgenus Princeps. Wingspan is 12-16 cm. Wing veins are silvery blue and black. The center of the wings and the abdomen are yellow. It is distributed in the tropical areas of Africa (Liberia, Ghana, Cameroon, Nigeria, Gabon, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Zaire, and the Ivory Coast).
