Cloakrooms
Please take your valuables with you. Cloakroom service is available at the rear of the service center. Baggage handling service is OK, and it's free.

Lending of strollers, wheelchairs, blow dryers, reading glasses, and magnifying glasses.
Museum maps and guides
Provision of museum maps and guides (including Braille version), as well as museum activity information.
Lost and Found
Assistance in searching for lost children, lost and found.
Guided tours
Application for guided tours, provision of Braille version of museum guide, sign language guided tour information, and Environmental Sustainability Classroom programs.
Breastfeeding room/infirmary
Infirmary, breastfeeding room, and provision of hot drinking water.
