The exhibition explores the topic of aging from three major aspects: "Self-awareness," "Health Promotion," and "Embracing Aging." It presents the issue of human aging from various perspectives, such as demography, biology, medicine, and sociology. The exhibition features multiple facilities for physical fitness testing to provide hands-on experiences. It also reveals preliminary research findings by modern gerontologists: Aging is actually a "chronic" disease that can potentially be treated, repaired, and reversed to restore cellular and organ functions in the human body. It even suggests the possibility of changing the course of human evolution.
