Shifting Edges看展覽
The special exhibition Shifting Edges explores Taiwan’s wetlands as its central theme. Through ecological environments, biodiversity, and examples of human activity, the exhibition reveals the diverse relationships woven between people and the land. Visitors are invited to appreciate the ecological value of wetlands, reflect on the relationship between people and the land, and envision the possibility of a more harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature.
The first phase, focusing on the Zhuoshui River Basin and the wetlands of central Taiwan, highlights the long and evolving interplay between riverine wetlands and human activity across time and space.
In the second phase, visitors are invited to discover the diversity of Taiwan’s wetlands and reflect on related environmental issues through self-guided exploration.
