海豚快浮出水面換氣時，呼吸孔會打開並吐氣，浮出水面時則吸氣。為了避免嗆到，呼吸孔附近有鼻栓（nasal plug）構造，潛水時能將呼吸孔緊閉。

When dolphins are about to surface for air, they open their blowholes and exhale. Once they surface, they inhale. To avoid choking on water, the nasal plug near the blowhole tightly closes during diving.

設定：在花蓮外海賞鯨有95%以上機率能目睹鯨豚，海豚更是容易靠近船隻，讓我們有機會能近距離觀察海豚，快門用1/800凍結海豚游動畫面，加上使用偏光鏡減少水面反光，得到較清晰的畫面。
