泡沫的韌性有多強?洗碗精+膠水+糖+水,經過攪動就會產生夢幻的彩色泡沫,但是很快就破滅,因此做個小實驗,測試到底泡沫的韌性,可經得起水滴幾次的快速衝擊而不破?過程:水滴在80公分高處落下,穿過泡沫(未破)反彈,再撞擊第二顆水滴,於是泡沫炸現開花。發現膠水及糖的比率越高,則韌性越強、越不容易破裂,大約可經2次水滴的撞擊,也可以維持更久時間。

Introduction

How strong is a bubble? After stirring a mixture of dishwashing liquid + glue + sugar + water, colorful bubbles were produced that soon burst. An experiment was conducted to test the impact of water drops on bubbles. Process: Water drops fell from a height of 80cm and bounced back through the bubble (unbroken). A second drop hit, followed by explosion of the bubble. The higher the ratios of glue and sugar, the stronger the bubbles, the harder they were to break (able to withstand approximately two impacts), and the longer they were able to last.
