光線經過三稜鏡後,因不同色光折射產生虹光,如同彩虹形成的原理。將自然牙製作成1.0-0.3mm厚度切片後,透過雙重偏光攝影原理,捕捉自然牙的牙釉質晶格,在光線穿透後產生色散的虹光影像。圖1為後牙臼齒切片;圖2為光入射角度較低時產生如星空般的折射;圖3是影像軟體負片效果,強調牙本質和牙釉質不同之層次結構,以及光學性質。
When light passes through a prism, colors are refracted differently to produce a rainbow effect, the same principle as for the formation of rainbows in nature. Natural tooth slices measuring 1.0-0.3mm in thickness were produced. Due to cross-polarization, light penetrating enamel crystallites of natural teeth cause iridescence. Image 1: Slices of rear molars. Image 2: When the angle of incidence is low, there is star-like refraction. Image 3: Using video editing software to create a negative image effect, layered structures and optical properties of the teeth and enamel are emphasized.
