National Museum of Natural Science

September 2025 marks the grand opening of Taiwan's first large-scale permanent mineral exhibition, “Earth's Treasures,” located on the first floor of the Earth Environment Hall. This hall also features themed exhibits including the Bicofi Theater, Microcosm, Multitude of Life, and Taiwan's Natural Ecology. In 2008, the Science On a Sphere (SOS) display system was introduced, presenting dynamic imagery of our planet via a spherical screen. In 2025, the SOS system was upgraded to a 240-centimeter diameter spherical screen and integrated with the specially introduced Kisok interactive system.
