Introduction

The interference fringes of a laser beam passing through double slits reveals the wave-like nature of light. However, interference fringes can also accumulate with emission of a single photon at a time. This implies that a particle interferes with itself as it passes through double slits, a phenomenon that only occurs when the path of the particle is not observed. Although many theories have been proposed and tested over the past century, this phenomenon is not fully understood. In these works, interference pattern from a laser beam passing through double slits are reflected onto the face of a subject unable to see the laser beam. These double-slit experiments not only demonstrate the wonders of quantum physics, but also imply that humans are blinded in their understanding of the universe with many unknowns yet to be explored.
